Ingredients of making French fries from potatoes are listed as under:

Potatoes: 6 to 7 normal size
Corn flour: 7 tbsp.
Salt: As per your requirement
Black pepper: As per your requirement
Sauces: Mayonnaise, Ketchup and B.B.Q If required
Spicy masala: ½ tsp.
Cholesterol-free oil: 1 cup(can also use canola or olive oil)

Recipe Method:

Take all the potatoes out from the bowl wash all of them very cleanly, dry them. Now the next step is to peel all of them. Cut all the potatoes in thinly long slices. Make sure that the size of all the potatoes must be the same as it matters a lot. Then Pour 7 tbsp. of corn flour powder and a pinch of salt then mix it properly. Put all the sliced potatoes in a freezer for up to 20 minutes. Keep them refrigerated. Take a pan for the frying purpose and pour 1 cup of canola or olive oil. Then bring out all the sliced potatoes from the freezer. Make sure that the oil is ready for frying, check the oil hotness by putting a single slice of potato in a frying pan. If it is ready then pour all the sliced potatoes on a frying pan and cook till it gets beautiful golden brown color. When all the potatoes cooked properly then strains all of them by the help of a strainer and set them in a serving tray. Sprinkle ½ tsp. of spicy masala, black pepper and a pinch of salt and after that spread Ketchup, mayonnaise and BBQ sauce onto them. A tasty and spicy French fries are now ready to eat.
